Pigment made of kaolinite (white clay mineral) naturally colored with iron oxide (content up to 25%).
Chemical description: kaolinite with iron oxides. Chemical formula: Al3Mg[Si4O10](OH) 2nH2O х Fe2O3
Alkali resistance: 5
Lime Resistance: 5
Acid resistance: 5
Used for techniques: acrylic, tempera, watercolor, gouache, fresco, ceramic, oil
The pigment was made by crushing and grinding. There may be insight uncrushed mineral in the package.
